Before submitting a new creative or new version of a creative please ALWAYS review the below sections to ensure your creative is not rejected upon receipt!
Partner Expectations
Requirements to maintain optimal turnaround times
In order to maintain the turnaround times listed on this site, we have detailed our expectations of our partners below. If these expectations are not met, the partner will be at risk of having to start over on the compliance review and will be deprioritized in our queue.
Response Time Requirement
Partner must make changes to creatives within 4 BUSINESS DAYS or provide a date in which the changes will be made to Juiced Media.
Review Cycle Limit
Partners understand that they will have 3 review cycles to make the required changes (i.e., partner submits creative, JM compliance reviews, partner makes changes, and resubmits = 1 review cycle). If the partner cannot correctly make the changes within 3 review cycles, the creative will be automatically rejected, and the partner will be required to start the review process over.
Carrier Logo Approval
If carrier logos are being used in the creatives, we will need proof of approval from the carriers to use the logos. If proof cannot be obtained, the carrier logos have to be removed.
Lifecycle Explanation

AEP-Only
Ads that run from October 15th to December 7th.
Rest of Year
Ads that run from January 1st to September 30th.
Year Round
Ads that run both AEP content and Rest of the Year content as variable content in brackets [] and can be run from October 15th to September 30th.

Does not advertise specific benefits and only needs carrier approval if it is a site that collects PII.

Advertises specific benefits, requires carrier approval, and HPMS submission.

Carrier Approval Requirements
Essential requirements for carrier relationships
Do you have a direct working relationship with any carriers?
If YES:
You MUST have carrier approval/HPMS Opt-ins prior to submission with us (At minimum UHC and Humana for opt-ins). After you submit your creative, you must leave a comment on that creative attaching the corresponding approvals/opt-ins.
If NO:
Please mark "I do not work with any carriers" on the intake form.
